Wow you still haven’t gotten it? The BV ones of the same varient showed up in I think janurary! That stinks

 

I've emailed them a few times, and all I get is "They're still delayed, but plan to ship as soon as they receive them."

I busted out my old high school discman this weekend, listened through some old CDs of mine, and then I bought 10 used CDs for a dollar each... My record player was very jealous, but this was my wallet:

 

Good on you for still owning your Discman. haha, wow. I am jealous.

update on my missing record: turns out it was delivered to a building in the same town but with a slightly different ZIP code. i've been in touch with the post office and they're working to retrieve it.

 

I haven't been to the record store in 17 days, and I feel your pain. I have a serious space issue, and my new shelves won't be here for another couple months, so I figured it'd be a good time to slow way down. I bought 450 records over the last year, so I won't be lacking things to play.

 

Got Tegan and Sara's The Con for $20 at FYE and Michelle Branch's The Trouble with Fever at B&N for $14. The Con had a scratch that causes a clicking noise at the start of the title track but sounds fine otherwise; I don't care enough to go through the process of a return/exchange as this store was a bit further away and I'm not usually in that area. Anyway, Michelle Branch and Avril Lavigne are two of my first female artists way way back but then I fell off for a while so I find it amusing that I have their respective newest albums on vinyl.

couldn't find any decent prices on Fountains of Wayne Vinyl so I bought the CDs for $4 combined. so beautiful.

 

I was circling CDs left and right like a Scholastic book order magazine.

My Crime In Stereo finally turned up after sitting in customs for a couple of weeks. Maybe don't write the word "explosives" on the customs form and write "vinyl record" instead!
