Not gonna lie. The first part of this post scared the crap out of me. Thought I missed a really big and sad announcement.

 

Finally caved on a UO sale. Ordered the following

Man... that Newbury sale almost got me.

I get a great amount of joy doing my one- to two-times a day check of this thread, because it's the best place to find this stuff. But I feel my wallet wincing every time haha.

 

Haha. No worries. I also had forgotten which thread I clicked into when I read that. Would've been more obvious had I not.

 

Some recent additions

 

Every time we get these UO/Newbury sales I end up loading up my cart and then convincing myself I don't need anything and emptying my cart again. They'll get me one of these days, though.

It’s just the cover, fingers crossed we get this pressing eventually.

 

Seeing how much signed copies of OMT are going for has me really thinking about selling.

in early 2022, i "pre-ordered" What's the Furthest Place from Here #6, 2nd pressing (it had a summer 2022 release date). completely forgot about it over time, but then it finally showed up last summer, lol.

knowing the absurdly long waits, i'm tempted to put in an oder for issue 7 with Baker/Van Etten.

 

Is anyone else getting logged out of the Discogs app daily? Maybe there’s a setting that changed or something but it’s been happening since the new year started I think

 

Question: How do you organize split EPs in your collection, like where do they go for you? The band listed first?

 

i sort it by the band that i like more.

 

can't speak about this on the iOS front, but on Android this happened to me for about a month or so near the end of last year. it seems they patched it with an update in late November/early December, but it's possible it broke again or that it was never fixed for some users.

 

yes same and when I hit collection it always is starts over new and in alphabetical order

 

No Discogs app issues for me, I’m on iOS

 

I've been having issues with the app for a couple months. It isn't daily, but I'm probably getting logged out every three or so days I'd say. I need to start noting whether it happens when I haven't opened it in a few days, or just on a regular schedule regardless of use.
