www.stereogum.com/1865775/vince-staples-gives-zero-fucks-at-sxsw/concert/ Here's a great concert review where Vince basically goes up and down Spotify despite that they're apparently a sponsor for his SXSW show
I need some new Vince in my life. Hell can wait and shyne goldchain vol 2 are also great if you haven't heard his older stuff
Can't remember where the hell we were discussing Vince recently, but I said I prefer Disc 1. However, I think I prefer Disc 2 atm. Disc 1 has the some best songs but also all of the worst songs IMO. Disc 2 way more solid as a whole.
can't say Disc1 (or the whole album) has a "worst" song. first half of the album, front to back, i listen to and jam w/o skipping anything.
Agreed, should've said "weaker songs" rather than worst. Tracks 5, 6 & 7 are the ones I find myself skipping if I'm forced to, but they're still pretty good.
I did, but I wasn't really feeling it that much honestly. He sounded good, but everything was kinda blending together. I bounced after 4/5 songs to go check out Halsey, who wasn't really all that great either haha. BUT Vince came out during Flume and that was really great
Ah, good to know. I was hoping to see Vince when he comes through next month, but I already have tickets to 3 other shows that month so it's a little crowded. I may wind up skipping it if you didn't think it was exceptional.
