I actually listen to a bunch of grime instrumentals/producers but not a lot of emcees out side of Skepta/Stormzy/Wiley but I definitely have been meaning to dig in

 

I dig Stormzy. Wiley was pretty good too.

 

Not that it hasn't already been said, but BagBak is a definite highlight.

 

the way Vince says "I'm on a new level" in homage reminds me exactly of this song.

In a year that saw Fleet Foxes, Jason Isbell, FJM, and more release albums, I never expected my AOTY to be a rap album but here we are.

 

yeah this is absolutely bonkers, it's like yeezus and in colour had a baby

 

Why would you expect that right rap has only been the most creative and relevant genre since the mid 80s

Alright so after listening through a few times I think my favorites are Crabs in a Bucket, BagBak, Rain Come Down, Yeah Right, and maybe Party People

 

This is outstanding.
