Oh shit I have Tape to Tape I havent played in forever

 

I no longer have care free weekends as I have a second job (working with cats, poor me) but god DAMN I am CRAVING THEM GAMES when I get home. I get JFG fever during the day UGH.

 

Adulthood sucks.

 

Anyone else play Merge Maestro? Its a deck builder, roguelite version of threes/2048. I don't typically like these games but this one has so much build variety that I've gotten into it. Just beat the hardest difficulty after about a week of trying.

 

played like 30 minutes of tape to tape cause my cousins wanted to game it and man this is the perfect way to play the hockey games

I got Margo’s wet nurse down to barely anything first try I absolutely should’ve had that fuck me

 

Gerhman somehow only took me three tries lmao. I thought that was gonna take me way longer. Didn’t do the three umbilical cord thing because how was I supposed to know to do that without looking it up lmao. But anyway. Despite the fact it took me almost two years to finally finish that was an insane game. I played like 75% of it in October 2023 and just picked it back up to finish it. Such a good game

 

Did you do the DLC stuff?

 

Unfortunately I did not HAVE the dlc and did not know this game automatically thrusts you into NG+ after you beat it so fuck my life lol

 

Don’t worry the DLC is accessible extremely early.

 

How hard am I gonna get my ass kicked doing it on NG+ tho especially if I’m level 70 right now

DLC is kinda easy with some exceptions but it’s phenomenal

Obligatory Bloodborne is fucking awesome post.

I have one ending left and then I’ll have the platinum. Hoping to do something weird for it like a big cannon build or something lol

Lumbearjack has a simple yet heartwarming story. The art style plus the puzzle elements leads for a cozy playthrough. Slapping the capitalism out of people works sometimes.

I started Lil Gator Game last night. The tutorial island was a lot of fun. Excited to explore the actual story.

 

Lil Gator is so good. I really wish it was more popular/talked about more on social media

 

My musou obsession has led me back to Dynasty Warriors Origins and I am SO happy it did because this game is god damn mf'ing PHENOMENAL MY GOD ITS SO FUN

 

I finally beat Death Stranding 2 and I thought it was fucking incredible. The story was incredibly engaging, they did a great job balancing the gameplay so it was less tedious than the first one, and there were several points that had me actually laughing out loud in a way that only Kojima can accomplish

The final boss fight had me fucking cackling, especially once it reaches the point where Sam and Higgs are both shirtless and shredding their guitars at each other, which then culminates in Higgs being eaten by a giant baby. So gloriously insane

MGS is my favorite game series of all time and I think I'm gonna ride this high and start replaying those for the first time in years to get ready for the MGS3 remaster
