Speaking of Vanillaware, I came across a a game Odins Sphere that they did, I never heard of it somehow. They remastered it in 2016 on PS4 and I picked it up on sale a few weeks ago its REALLY fun.

People here know about this game?

 

Yeah this game rules. Never finished it tho. Similarly they also remastered Muramasa Rebirth for the Vita and it's pretty similar. I finished that one and it was great. I think it was stuck on the Wii before. Vanillaware does not miss

 

Also check out GrimGrimoire Oncemore, it's a remaster of their game GrimGrimoire the game they did before Odin's Sphere. Their entire history is fun, especially Murumasa The Demon Blade.

 

Wish they'd put their stuff on Steam.

 

Sword of the Sea on PSplus is great news. Really wanted to try it out but wasn't sure if I wanted to buy it atm.

 

Anyone here have Verizon 5G internet? Fios isn't available at the complex i'm moving to but looks like I can get 300 mbps with their best plan and it's great deal since I am a mobile customer already.

If I remember correctly, Odin Sphere was one of those games that kind of stood out among the rest when it came out and kind of put Vanillaware on the map. It was a pretty big deal because that art style was wicked different from everything else at the time. It's a fantastic game. I prefer Muramasa a little more but honestly their entire library is bangers. I completely forgot they did a remaster. I should play it.

I decided to start lies of p and the game looks incredible and I only made it to the hotel before I stopped for the day.

it only took me like 5 tries to beat the puppet master but I can already tell the style I picked was a little too strength heavy for me so now I’m debating lmao
