I didn’t know until yesterday. My friend got one for his son and he told me he could stream games on the cloud but that the “catalog was smaller”

Anyone here play the Total War games? Just got Shogun 2 for 5 bucks as I continue to dive deep in the strategy game pool for PC.

 

If you have the subscription service you can stream directly from the PlayStation portals. It’s new within this last year.

if you’re a Star Wars fan check out Empire At War. The base game is solid but the mods are where it shines. Super active community making incredible stuff

I have sunk an insane amount of time into it lol. If you ever do try the mods in the workshop, I’d look for Thrawn’s Revenge - complete overhaul of a lot of the mechanics and hundreds of new units, based on old comic/novel stories from the pre-Disney extended universe if that stuff is your jam

 

Games roundup from the last month or so -

Bloodshed: Rogue lite ish horde (?) shooter. Some fun characters and abilities. Pretty short but I got about 15 hours out of it picking up achievements which felt like a good length.

Selaco: Holy SHIT, I have no idea how they made this game in GZ Doom. It’s an incredibly impressive shooter that’s still in early access but is shaping up to be an S tier boomer shooter imo

Twilight Princess: My fiancé and I went through this game again after finishing TOTK. This one is a lot more linear than I remember and I was glad when the wolf sections where you have to collect all the bugs was over lol. It is still a very very good game though

Clair Obscur: I finally rolled credits on this and loved it. I did not see some of the twists coming in this story and I found the combat to be super fun. I was so hesitant to try it because I just haven’t played that many turn based RPGs but if you’re on the fence for that reason maybe consider checking it out. I pretty quickly realized that it was in fact a game for me haha

Next on my list is the Lies of P DLC if I can actually git gud at that game again

I still haven't after years of playing souls games lmao, haven't really tried to learn either which is weird because I love to PARRY so much
