Been slowly making my way through Ghost of Yotei, these games are better than most at getting me to do all the collectible stuff
Do it, it’s a legit good game. Has a learning curve to it but it’s absolutely a top tier extraction shooter. Always be prepared to fight and learn how the sound design clues you in on things, those two things will help you so much.
was kind of getting bored of FF16 combat after a little bit and then I got a new eikon ability and now I’m all in again. even though they didn’t explicitly say it, it felt like I finished “act 1” last night.
I still have maybe 10 hours left in Bioshock because I’m looking for everything but I decided my next game was going to be Star Wars: Outlaws.
Honestly not the worst thing if you're just playing balatro or something less intensive. That's essentially what mobile games do, right? I've been playing Spirit Lift while watching Hacks, I can totally look away from the game for two minutes when I'm watching something on another screen (and I'm already on HBO Max ad tier)
It's not that the best games run worse than we remember. It's the entire 360/PS3 generation. I think by the end of it, first party studio games generally ran well, but third party games ran like utter trash the entire way through.
I mean, it definitely didn’t help that tech quickly outpaced the hardware, there was just only so much that those consoles could actually do in the scheme of things.
