It was June of 2018. Seems like a lifetime ago. I'm still so conflicted about them making Obsidian work on another Fallout game. New Vegas is obviously incredible and having the Fallout name on this next project might move more copies than if Obsidian kept making their own stuff, but also I was excited to see where they went next.
I couldn't care less about these franchises anymore. Microsoft has killed any of my excitement for them and I much rather support anything else at this point.

Black Flag remake is everything I thought it would be. It looks beautiful, the open sea is a sight to behold and the pirate life is amazing. I seriously think if they remake the first game and Ezio trilogy not only would they sell but it's something the fans would be happy with too. They're already at 3 million sold, there's a hunger for the remakes of the old games!

alright time to stir the pot... after playing GOW (2018) and Ragnarok, I can say I think Im good with the franchise. while the storys are great the combat/gameplay is not my cup of tea compared to how great everything was with the OG series. also am terrified they're going to "modernize" the OG trilogy for the remakes.
i honestly don't know how someone's brain works that way like oh i get to play a violent game as a super hot goddess, sounds sick as hell what's the issue
sorry but as someone who played the og god of war games in the last couple years some parts of those games NEED to be modernized, i think people forget how frustrating sloppy control schemes and broken cameras can be
I mean the last OG game was like 16 years ago. I doubt they'd have kept the original control scheme exactly even if they kept the overall vibe/gameplay.
