I am not super convinced by the gameplay shown to tell you the truth but I am a sucker for the enviroments so I definitely want to give it a shot!
first run in Saros in a while, started on biome 2 and absolutely melted The Architect. we’re so back.
Rumor is Concerned Ape is adding a marriage competitor feature into Stardew 1.7. Where starting at year 3 the marriage candidates will start dating and marrying eachother. Where if don't get married by then your candidates will start getting eliminated from your options. Kinda brilliant idea honestly.
you know, maybe it's time consumer started voting with their wallets and supported companies and systems that do not lock them in, instead of bending over backwards every time. In the case of PlayStation it's especially bad because there really is only one game in town then, the PSN Store.
is there still a chance of independent disc manufacturing (i.e. something like Limited Run), at least for the remainder of the PS5's life-cycle? i could see Microsoft eventually following suit, i'm not sure about Nintendo just yet
Well, they did say "new games" specifically. So I'm guessing companies like LRG could be contracted to make copies after launch. But the end of physical games media is no doubt approaching.
expecting the ps6 to be at least 1k, and a less costly hand-held option like the portal between 799-899 where you can have a subscription to play whatever library PS curates. it's over, but boy was it fun while it lasted. oh well! gonna play my sega saturn after work.
based on the occasional trip to their website gamestop is leaning into trading cards hard and all the other merch/toys/etc
we stopped in a GameStop last night after dinner, and that assessment is incredibly accurate. games take a huge backseat to collectables, and the selection is shitty on both ends
I got through the prologue last night and I really like the atmosphere and it’s creepy AF. But agree it’s janky, although it adds to the charm.
Likely Xbox will follow suit with physical. They had already hoped to do it once and with Sony doing first I'm sure they will seize the opportunity.
