the hardest part of mina is the controls/movement/hit boxes because it’s based on an era of gaming where those things were imperfect and it absolutely nails it
Just got through the last generator. A weapon I picked up toward the end made the Astral Orrery boss (and preceding area) relatively breezy. Not sure if I want to head to what I think might be the final boss before or after my vacation, lol. The game is extremely difficult but in a way that rarely if ever feels unfair. There are trinkets and sidearms that can sometimes make otherwise very tough parts feel like a Mario game or something, lol. I got the spider trinket so at one point I was just walking off platforms instead of having to carefully time dangerous jumps.
I finished the story mode on easy in Rift of the Necrodancer. Mostly. I couldn't beat the last two bosses but I was able to skip them to see the cutscenes. I liked the story and the characters are cute and I had fun playing this but I just don't think rhythm games are my thing. But I mean it's fine I got a solid like eight hours of gameplay with just the story. There's custom made songs on the steam workshop so I'm sure if rhythm games are your thing you could spend countless hours on this. It's good. Would recommend.
