I loved everything about Architect, including the run up and the arena. I felt like Gandalf on the top of Orthanc, if Gandalf had to fight the eagle rather than ride it haha. An auto-aim weapon with Power Gen and Prominence with Vacuum Bomb has been my "I win" combo. Once I have those two, I only upgrade if those traits are also on the new items.
Oh yes, really liked Gotham Knights! It doesn’t necessarily have the replay ability of Arkham Asylum/City for me but enjoyed it for what it was for sure.
Subnautica 2's botched bonus deal is about to wipe out more than one-third of Krafton's $736 million annual profit for 2025
Finished the main story of Lego Batman and while I still had fun with it, my enthusiasm definitely dropped a bit by the end. The mechanics like grappling and gliding aren’t super polished so once the newness wore off, the frustration of grappling to a random spot I wasn’t aiming at and getting stuck on rails/buildings constantly was high. The story also was very clearly rushed at the end as the last two chapters are just basically 3 missions total when the previous chapters all had at least 3 each so the fact that it takes its time early on makes the issues at the end more obvious. Still good, but not as glowing as I was initially.
Mina AND new season of Path of Exile 2 AND girlfriend is out of town for work AND i shredded my back feeding her cats yesterday somehow SO we are looking at the first marathon JFG day in quite a while yall.
Kinda wish I brought my Steam Deck to work to play Mina, but at least I have Monday and Tuesday off so I will have plenty of time to play.
I’m still in the demo area but I am never not impressed by the inventiveness of the level design. I feel like every screen I need to think how I am going to use the mechanics to advance. what I’m trying to say is I’m stuck.
Lol i'm deff gonna peep the free week, i'm almost positive Marathon will stress me out and make me rage quit often.
