no, that's not what's happening at all. it's a little divisive with no clear divide trending towards "fine", which is not what you expect after a 20 year wait in a series where the bar is "masterpiece" it has the same Metacritic as Other M, which the community famously loathes.
"Take too long, or enter an area that is irrelevant at that point, and Myles will pop up on the radio eagerly. 'Hey, Samus - wasn't there a door you couldn't open in the volcano?'" this reads like fucking parody omfg so glad I cancelled my pre order
I see a bunch of 100s and 90s on MC along with very high 80s. Usually don't see that with an 80 average game.
The review doesn't sound overwhelmingly negative. Sounds like there were a lot of things they enjoyed, but not enough to make them want to go for 100%, which is a fine opinion to have. I am curious if there are any options for dialing down the hints, although it sounds like they only kick in if you spin your wheels enough.
I got ac shadows for 40 bucks. About max I’d pay for it. So far it’s what you’d expect. Just had an itch for a third person open world action adventure game since I haven’t played one in a while. Can’t stand how sprinting and parkour works so far but maybe I’ll get used to it
Idk I’m pretty excited to do morph ball lol. I do think all the concerns you’re posting are valid. But I also see like, the DF review which is pretty glowing and mentions specifically that the NPCs weren’t that bad and are only present in the hub world portions of the game. I can deal with that!
I love DF, I think people here know that, but John also thinks Balan Wonderwold was good. That guy is a buffoon imo. I just don't think the reviews justify the wait and the price.
I've never played a Metroid game. I'll get Prime Remastered for Switch soon, but where do I start with the 2D games, is Dread a good jumping in point or should I try to play an older one first?
Super Metroid. Edit: The first two games have not aged well and were remade into much better games in Zero Mission and Samus Returns, but Super is a pure classic.
ooh, i would be very intrigued if i had this game on PC i need to return to this game, i never got to the DLC after restarting progress on PlayStation
