I have FOMO with Avowed right now and trying to not cave into buying the game while I have so man uncompleted games. I keep pushing myself to playing more DA: the Veilguard. So far I'm about 10-12 hours into the game. The gameplay is fun, but not really a fan of the Rook and some of the other characters.

 

Nothing comes evern remotely close to that controller.
My son requests to use the Halo Elite 3 I have all the time.

 

enjoying it myself, though I am still only a few hours in. I typically don't like combat systems that don't have a lock-on feature, but I think this one works. I've just been running around exploring the first area so far.

the only thing that may be a miss is that the enemies do not re-spawn from what I've seen. I get the bigger enemies/elites wouldn't re-spawn, but I think having the simple grunts re-spawn would be helpful to test more weapons/spells.

(also some might not know, but you CAN change to 3rd person mode if 1st person isnt for you)

 

Yeah I still dunno where I land with Avowed, I deff really like parts of it but theres just something missing so far in my time played. I will say its pretty awesome how customizeable they made the weapons, I got combo of a great sword then I swap to a gun in one hand and one of those magic books in the other. Can't say i've ever done that before.

12 bucks for a month of game pass definitely helped push me into playing it when I definitely have other shit I could or should be playing lol

 

Yeah just get a month of GamePass via a deal and you can finish the game, it’s not Veilguard in terms of length (it is more fun though imo)

 

I think if your weapon target is red ranged weapons lock on but no lock button as far as I can tell

If they announced a remaster of Tony Hawk 3+4 and then somehow said they are are bringing back THUG and THUG 2 to gamepass

honestly yes but you can make an argument to the anthropomorphic microsoft logo in a suit that THzuzg remasters would be profitable but AW and project 8 might just have to exist in our dreams and emulators forever

Hmmm. $16 for THPS 1+2 remaster in the PS store right now. Can't decide if I want to grab it or not

 

I had so much fun with the THPS1+2 remakes, definitely in the market for more of that
