literally assume any and all news about GTA6 is fake until you see it with your own eyes from an official source.

everybody is trying to mine clout through that game, but please, as someone who actually knows shit sometimes, no one knows anything about GTA6.

that said I'd love a Kendrick station in GTA6.

 

I won't trust anything unless mesc confirms it.

 

They're gonna add it after they delay the game in August to try and get some goodwill back when people have a fucking meltdown.

tech bros be replacing artists with ai while actual artists be flipping burgers to make ends meet (not that there's anything inherently wrong with having a food service job, but if we're gonna replace part of the work force with robots, why didn't that come first?)

 

Clearly no jobs are safe in this industry, despite how successful you are and it sucks.

 

also I am fully assuming every large dev is working on a AI enhanced content pipeline unless stated otherwise.

edit: content, not development. I also fully assume everyone is already using AI to develop.

 

I’ve worked at Microsoft four times. 3 times on contracts. Once as a FTE. 2 of my contracts ended with being laid off due to AI.

The AI implementation isn’t -bad- but they’ll eventually use it as a reason to pay less people and do layoffs. Like they did in their azure departments.

 

most jobs anyways… there will still be lots of dirty jobs that need to get done.

 

i had some guy point blank tell me he decided not to hire me because he could get the job done with some clever prompt engineering instead. lol

 

US citizens will probably all just end up with universal basic income.

Yea, that would never ever happen. To some, it would be an atrocity if the $5k I left have on school loans were forgiven. You think I could get paid until I’m 65? No way.

 

I'm in severe pain 24/7 and the government won't give me disability because "I can move my hands and legs". They're not giving shit away that they don't have to.

Yessir, unfortunately. Been dealing with it for years now. I've referenced it before I think, but yeah, I had to leave my job almost 2 years ago now and the government sucks and doesn't try shit to help people at all. I've heard worse stories than mine too. But I'll be getting a lawyer and figuring it out.
