Like, what does Morrissey think of every N64 platformer where the entire point was to accomplish goals to collect stuff?

 

I simply don't buy games that I know I'm not talented enough to complete.

 

And every game should be accessible to all players.

The game was hard enough getting through it the first time. I got the extra materials when and where I could, but there is no joy to be had in having to go through those levels for a third time. Just like I wouldn't want to do so to unlock the rest of a movie or book.

Thinking of them in terms of talent is the problem. You should be able to play all the games.

I do not think that is the problem lol. you feel that way because you are not able to achieve what you want so you're throwing a tantrum. that is the problem.

 

You know what, they should go one better and just include an "insta-win" button so that if a game is too hard, I can just hit the button and beat the game anyway.

Who is throwing a tantrum? It is criticism of a product. It is really unusual territory when someone says that the full product should be accessible to everyone and that is such a controversial issue.
