I'm pumped and terrified.

 

So down for bearded Leon. Sounds badass, as does the rest of that.

finished Afterimage! got all ten endings. It's kinda like Nier Automata in that NG+ is a bit of a misnomer, it's more of a continuation than a repeat playthrough.

Once I got the ability that listed the number of chests in each region, I 100% the map, which probably contributed to how I got the "true" ending so quickly, I'd already collected all the necessary pieces.

I also completed all the food recipes. I haven't collected all the weapons/armor/etc tho! There's so many! It's kinda like Bloodstained except you're not crafting weapons to craft into other weapons. I think the ones I'm missing are just rare drops from regular monsters.

The basic story is pretty good. NG+ explains a lot of it tho. There's a lot of lore/worldbuilding/terminology to take in, I think that's the only part where the game kinda loses me. As I said, a lot of the time i felt like I didn't know what was going on, it was only bc of how good literally every other aspect of the game is that I kept going. I felt the same compulsion to 100% Bloodstained, which meant hours and hours of farming.

So yeah, this one's quite a bit longer than your typical MV. Which, depending on what you're looking for, may or may not be a good thing. I certainly enjoyed it

I think I cheesed a lot of the later boss fights there. Combined lifesteal with healing efficiency. Hardly had to use potions anymore. Maybe the fights are actually difficult if you're not intentionally breaking the game

 

Finished uncharted 4 and loved it. Is lost legacy worth playing too? Anything I should know?

 

Lost legacy is fun and has a story on par with the rest of them but a) the main story is short and b) it's sort of open world with a lot of driving between landmarks, and a lot of optional quests. I feel like Naughty Dog was experimenting with open world mechanics and I remember it kind of felt a little wonky and unfinished in that regard, but the mainline portion is pretty classic uncharted.

 

Lost Legacy is freakin’ gorgeous.
