Tactics Ogre is a good tactics game i can recommend and while not completely HD-2D, star ocean the second story r was my favourite game of last year

 

I honestly don’t know what a tactics RPG is so probably not? Haha. I’ll add Triangle Strategy to my wishlist.

 

Star Ocean 2 is so good. Wish the HD remaster or whatever of Suikoden 1 and 2 wasn't delayed for who knows how long.

all stuff I've loved over the past several years. Can't wait for the DQ3 remake

 

Tactical RPGs or strategy RPGs are typically where you move characters or units on a grid to fight. This allows for factors like position, terrain, etc. to make a difference in how you approach a battle. Fire Emblem, Final Fantasy Tactics, Ogre Battle, and Shining Force are all known examples.

 

Ohhh okay, like Advance Wars and Into the Breach? Because those are two of my all time favorites.

 

It is weird how little I know about video games despite being 35 years old and growing up playing them.

 

Mmm, kind of, at least as far as the movement goes, but without the base building or resource gathering.

 

Triangle strategy, tactics ogre, and fire emblem three houses are all absolute must play games. I’m waiting for final fantasy tactics to get a remake or remaster before I play it

The new season sucked so bad they had to bring back og Fortnite lmao

I got 8 hours in when I bought it but it’s been so long now I’m completely lost

 

that’s like me playing a fighting game a few times then not touching it for months only to come back to it and get my ass whooped lmaoo

 

Was planning on finding Mother and Father and fucking them up but I found Osvald passed out in the snow so now I’m playing his chapter. This game is cool.

i think i made the same mistake again of choosing the wrong flaws and overall just not min-maxing enough. but as far as roleplaying i'm having fun

not making a lot of different choices tho. might wanna do a pro-corporation run just for fun

 

thank god the final boss on Dave the diver you could constantly re-do the part you died on because if I had to restart the whole 4 phase thing I might just stop playing completely lmao

 

it’s so good

 

I decided to look into it a little more and I’m basically done with Dave the Diver unless I wanna go for 100% with everything and same with dredge and Godzilla dlc so I’ll probably boot up dredge tomorrow maybe

knowing me I’ll just play that Fortnite mode.
