Xbox stay winning

 

Player's Log: Fishing Paradiso

I finished the main quest, as it were, and now I'm in the post-game where there's additional story, more friend requests and special bonding events, and more fish to catch. It's just a charming and relaxing fishing adventure.

I think I'll probably finish this game before the weekend, and then on the weekend I'll start Meg's Monster. Or I might do Snowman Story first, since that game seems much shorter. We'll see.

This is fucking insane. Dude just blatantly stole the other person's game.

 

everyone go play Octopath

 

I’ve had it on switch since it released but never got around to it. It’s currently downloading on my Xbox and I think it’ll be the one that finally ends my gaming drought.

 

Started Spider-Man 2 last night, and Citizen Sleeper this morning, we are really cooking folks.

 

I think I played like twenty minutes of Octopath, obviously not long enough to have any sort of opinion on it. I guess I got distracted by something else that was on Gamepass at the time. First world problems, trying to find a balance between trying a bunch of things and actually finishing them.

 

I played the demo of octopath on my switch last year and loved what I played so excited this is on gamepads for when I get to it

 

I never got to finish the first game because it got taken off when I was 20 hours in -___- that’s okay I’d rather buy it physical for switch to go with my copy of 2

 

Octopath traveler 2 is legitimately one of the most wonderful games I’ve ever played or will ever play.

 

FYI PoP The Lost Crown is $29.99 on PSN and Assassin’s Creed Origins is $8.99 on PSN. Now I have no excuse to play both

 

Team asado is one of the best squads over at square and I hope they keep giving them money. A new octopath, bravely default, or triangle strategy game would be welcome or give them a deep cut SNES game to remake like they did with live a live idc

 

Midori said they have a sequel in development so hopefully it’s not too far out. Really curious which one it’ll be.

 

Same deal on Xbox I think, gonna pick up The Lost Crown next week I think

my bet would be triangle strategy since its the only one without a sequel yet

 

I think Live A Live would be a cool choice, but we’re eating good no matter what it is lol

I've been on my XBOX a lot more lately and I went and tried some Diablo IV on there before bed tonight, and damn I know people really liked the console ports of 3 and I totally get it now because this feels good to play on controller.

I'm also grabbing the Octopath games that way for sure, thanks Xbox

 

I’ve only ever played Diablo with a controller 3 felt soooo good. 4 is good too but something about 3 just feels right
