I am interested to see what they have cooking. Could care less about the VR stuff. Honestly I think they should put it to rest and focus their efforts elsewhere.

If GOT2 isn’t coming out this year they’re definitely not showing it. Sony very rarely shows anything too far ahead

The fact that it's a SoP and not a Showcase shows what the expectations should be. I'm sure there will be a lot I want to play.

I know this isn't a FFXIV heavy thread, but given the Square Enix layoffs and the "7 Rebirth didn't meet expectations" comments, plus the fact that I've actively tried to recruit people to FFXIV in the past, it's important to share...

(I know the video is super long, only the first 18 or so minutes are relevant. TLDR: Zepla lived in Ukraine and had to evacuate and can no longer sub to FFXIV due to new rules for the online store.)

The rules FFXIV has created in relation to MogStation + the way MogStation works in general is a DISASTER. The worst part of FFXIV has always been getting in the front door, but it's just so much worse now and NOW there's the added problem of STAYING subscribed to the game for international players. They need to rip off WoW/Battlenet ASAP, their system is so tremendously better for a MMORPG. FFXIV is supposed to be SE's main moneymaker and if they let things stay the way they are, they are 100% toast. This is such a bad look for the new CEO and for Yoshida.

 

Ghost Song apparently had a new game plus added since the first time I played, so I did a little bit of that, killing early game enemies with late game weapons, kinda fun. I don't think I wanna finish the entire game again just yet, but there was a missable achievement I wanna go back for eventually. The next game I play from the metroidvania bundle will probably be either Cookie Cutter or Knight Witch, but I still need to finish the HFW dlc so idk.

 

Nine Sols also finally released. had that on my steam wishlist for a while lol

I currently can’t sign in because I need a token from their app, but I don’t have the original registration code that somehow I needed to keep to request a token lmao

And I can’t turn off needing a token without logging in, which I can’t do

contacted support so we’ll see how long it’ll be before I can log in again lol
