i charted my steam backlog and the conclusion i reached is i should play control and pentiment next

i like big games

 

also thats just a little over half the games i own on steam so ive actually played and/or beaten far more than not since im pretty deep into a number of those games ive already started

 

My goal in life is to have a gaming library so vast and deep that it will last for generations.

The punchline is that the line will die out with me.

 

Player's Log: Rusty Venture Lake

Tonight I completed Paradise. Very interesting chapter, as it's the backstory of one of the more enigmatic characters in the franchise, Mr. Owl. Series continues to explore very weird and fucked up shit.

Anyway, the next game is Cube Escape: Paradox, and this is an interesting one because it was released in two parts along with a short 19 minute film. You're supposed to play the game first before watching the film, I guess, so I plan to do both.

My goal is to complete one Rusty game every day this week. So tomorrow will be this, then Thursday will be The White Door, Friday Samsara Room, and then I'll finish the last two over the weekend.

 

I was going to make a joke about how Sony and Xbox need to stop worrying about making games with good graphics and great stories and worry about making real immersive games

But then I found out the company behind Supermarket Simulator is releasing on PS5 so Sony takes another W

Also, just got around to finishing stellar blade. I had stopped at the beginning of the desert. Barrelled through, and holy crap. The last few hours after the point of no return.......wow. Just wow. This might just be the most beautiful AND best performing game besides HFW as far as PS exclusives go. The final push through the zones and the bosses.....just superb. Those boss fights were SO GOOD.

I can't wait to see whatever sequel they come up with to expand on this game and which ending is the "true" ending. I got the one you get when you do 100% of side quests and other criteria and after watching and reading about the others, i think this one should be what they use going into a sequel.

Played an hour of Cat Quest last night and yeah, the game is repetitive and simple combat but it’s just so charming and so relaxing to play. Definitely gonna complete both games in the next couple of weeks

 

I might need to actually buy that one, the demo was fun

 

Both are on ps+ so I’ll check them out.

gonna snag rise of ronin finally since it hit a decent enough sale for me

 

I got both on the eshop for like £2 and £3.59 and both still on sale for the next couple of weeks!

 

Been playing the new season of Fortnite and having a lot of fun although every game plays out EXACTLY like this: normal fortnite---final 10---cars---final 5---mech fists---victory royale.

 

just got that rise of ronin sale notification too, might scoop it up as well
