Sony consoles have always been shitty with WiFi

 

oh yeah that's what I ended up doing, that was only like 2 days after I bought it

 

yeah I had a roommate that had to buy a wifi extender for his PS4 several years ago

 

Only issue I have with my PS5 is when I wake it up from sleep sometimes it won't connect to WiFi automatically, it says No Connection so I end up connecting manually.

 

I have never had an issue related to wifi for my PS5.

 

My issue is so weird. It will stay connected online to for games that need it but to get on the playstation store I need to fiddle with the settings every damn time.

have mostly played madden this week (sorry sorry) and I have had to restart the game whenever I wake the PS5 up to get it to connect to the EA servers

probably just a madden/EA issue

 

Mine is prob xfinity being dog shit

 

Yeah I have ATT fiber and haven’t had any WiFi issues with any of my consoles outside of the switch a couple times

 

I’ve never used wifi on PS5, this is all good to know

 

I’ve had my ps5 since day one and haven’t had a single issue with WiFi and I have xfinity

 

I am not working currently so I used this time to finally finish the main story of GTA V

I had mine wired to the router in my apartment but I moved into an old house and there was only one hook up for the wifi and it's too far away for how we set up the living room. I need to try to find the longest possible ethernet cable because the wifi isn't great on the console for me either.

 

I hardwire my consoles to the router, gimme them crazy download speeds
