Welp got the Prince of Persia deluxe so I can play a couple days early because I have no discipline and am truly a JFG'er.

 

Hearing good things about that game

Yeah i'm super stoked on what looks to be a high-tier Metroidvania, that's a very tough bar to clear these days with so many being made.

 

It's pretty much impossible for me

Okay you can parry in the game, 10/10, A+, GOTY contender.

 

Gonna download Those Who Remain cause it’s on gamepass. Seems creepy but don’t know much else about it

 

Prince of Persia might be the last game I buy for a while since I’m on the cusp of having enough money to afford a down payment on a new car after totaling mine in November

 

Omg I totally forgot its AGDQ week, thankfully i only missed 2 days and can watch the rest.

Player's Log: Trails of Cold Steel III.

In the thick of Day 1 of Chapter 4's field study, and I was legit surprised to walk into the bakery in the town and see Oscar from Crossbell working there.

I feel like that's the sign of a good game series, where you actually learn to recognize and appreciate even minor NPCs because you've spent that much time with them.

I've never heard of this game before, but after watching the video, I absolutely need this in my life.

I will straight up boycott any company that decides to go to this subscription-only BS with their games. I won't entertain that kind of greed. If I can't own the game forever, I don't want it. Yes, I understand that anything can be pulled off storefronts at any time, and any "license" you own isn't in perpetuity, but I have yet to experience a single problem with my Steam library. Any game I'd ever have to subscribe to play is not a game I care to play. Period.

Part of me kinda hopes Ubisoft goes through with it and then it becomes a "fuck around and find out" situation. One can hope...

 

Rock band 4 dlc is coming to an end at the end of the month

 

Prince of Persia so far has had a lot of moments where I realllllly like the small decisions they made with certain things you deal with in all Metroidvanias

 

I did my job as captain JFG and played Golden Sun for 3.5 hours last night o7

 

End of a damn era. I'm getting my rockband stuff back next month and I guess I should start picking up the back catalogue in case massive delistings are coming
