I mentioned it earlier but in the skate beta, you have to collect a certain amount of items to get to the third area which is so incredibly stupid and a grind.

especially cause when you buy the loot boxes, you can basically get a bunch of titles for your character which I don’t think count towards the overall progress of items.

I have a hate love with this beta so damn much.

 

I’m playing the last of us part 2 for the first time (after finishing season 2). Craig Mazin is a fucking hack lmao

Season was v disappointing

 

6/10 imo. I’d give season 1 an 8

 

TLoU 2 was much better than 1. I'll judge the show as a whole aka S2-S4 as that encompasses the story proper. I've got complaints about S2 but not enough to sour on it. S3 will be better already cuz not only am I a fan of Devers as it is, but the game taught me to be #TeamAbby.

 

I also think the CGI and set design was laughably bad this season and I almost wonder if I missed it being so sloppy in season 1 or if HBO slashed the budget. the boat sequence in the finale was so laughable

 

Yeah the sets look very set-y but OTOH Bella is chewing the scenery something fierce

 

HBO is slashing budgets left and right with everything so it shouldn't be a suprise to anyone if stuff looks cheap. Fuck Zaslav.
