I’m on the Paintress in CO, very excited to see how they parlay this into an Act III

I have no idea if this game is good or what it even is, but the developer is going under and so they've made it free until they eventually take it off Steam for good, so GO GO GO

 

Seen quite a few people in here saying recently they're playing Balatro for the first time, so thought I'd share a tip -

You can up the game and animation speeds in the game settings.

I played for about 50 hours or more without realising this, and it's changed my life since speeding things up.

Been playing a ton of Nightmare Reaper the last few weeks. I guess it's roguelite ish - procedurally generated levels and random drops, plus permanent upgrades you get through various minigames. But you don't go back to the beginning of the entire game when you die, just the level you were on.

The main minigame (won't spoil the other ones) is a Mario clone - you collect gold from the actual game, and then buy new abilities by beating platforming levels. What charmed me is that you can pull out your little Gameboy SP at any point in the main game to get upgrades. Real fun!

 

I wonder if Physint is a game that’ll take place in the DS universe

Yeah I caught this pretty early on fortunately. It's an option on Monster Train too which is great bc those rounds can take forever, but watching it at full speed is so funny

 

I get pretty frustrated pretty easily when I'm trying to win, or trying to unlock one of the jokers with ridiculous requirements

 

So many hours with balatro spent thinking I wish I could speed up or skip these animations, smh

 

Not surprised. Clips I've seen of it feel super wrong

 

finished Doom: The Dark Ages, went to make sure my Game Pass doesn't auto-renew, got my money back for this month too.

That was quick. But it’s absolutely doable on the lower difficulties.

 

RDR2 75% off and BBG3 a whopping 20% off. feel like this happens every six weeks tho and im in no hurry to play them

 

I just realized I was playing fallout 4 the ps4 version and I guess not the ps5 one and it’s so confusing LMAO

 

Ima throw this list of games into a randomizer and whatever it picks is my next game

thread jokes aside I will advocate for RDR2 as a game you should be in the biggest hurry to play

 

I downloaded the ps5 version of fallout 4 and loaded it up and I was like wow so pretty

but then I realized I would have to do the 32 trophies I got all over again so I just went back to the ps4 version lmao

 

Not me getting to Act III of CO and having my starting party be Monaco, Sciel, and Luna, basically not leveling up Verso/Maelle in the last 3rd of the game HA

 

This is EXACTLY how I played because they are significantly better than the others.
