Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 is a weekly deal on the ps store. I’m watching some reviews for it. I’m not a big first-person viewer fan, but the story and RPG elements look cool.

 

this is decent, right? I liked Ashen and I see it’s from the same people. might snag for $10.

I think we really might be getting some more news at SGF. Screens seem to indicate the battle system is far enough that I wouldn't be surprised to see an in-depth video/footage.

The new Heartless are looking insane. As much as I hate the look of Nu-Sora I know this game is going to blow us away.

 

reached ante 10 boss. one joker gave x7 mult (goes up for every card added to deck) and another gave x4 (but only on four of a kind). had like 2k multiplier at one point

i'm about to head into the point of no return in Nine Sols, i am gonna see if i'm close to being able to get the true ending because i am NOT playing through this again for a different one lol

 

Sparks of Hope was my comfort game when we were grueling through the newborn stage - didn’t know this was a thing lol

 

it is! I am halfway through the snow world. losing a bit of steam though admittedly, the progression is not super satisfying.

... and CO is just such a tough act to follow.

Nine sols has been on my radar for a minute. Might cop after I play doom

 

def worth it.
i feel like the parrying doesn't work quite as smooth as a core mechanic as i'd like, leading to some frustrating difficulty spikes against certain bosses- but then again, maybe i just need to get good

 

I'm in a bit of a pickle, the three games I'd like to try/play...

Atomic Heart (Russian dev)
Star Wars Outlaws (Ubisoft lol)
Doom The Dark Ages (Microsoft, BDS)

are all problematic. Guess I'll read a book? (I'm a little bored of Sparks of Hope, sadly)

 

Man I forgot about outlaws entirely, still on my list. I’ll get it on ps5 next time it’s on sale for $30ish

Outlaws has a demo on PS, I downloaded it but haven't had the chanc to check it out yet tho

 

Wow I had no idea Doom was coming out today! Can’t wait to play it this weekend.
