I fucking hate Nintendo for so many different reasons between their anti consumer nature, predator litigious practices and other petty antics. Blows my mind how much of a pass they get from so many people.

 

A friend saw it and called me on the way home complaining about how awful it was and he paid full price to see Borderlands AND that remake of The Crow, that’s how I knew he hated it.

 

Yeah, but Zelda tho.

 

On day 117ish in Blue Prince and the game has suddenly stopped saving. Kind of bummed but also taking it as a good reason to take a break from the game. The puzzles have been getting a bit too hard and after 60 hours, I was getting a bit tired of building out the house. Will probably return to it once it is patched though

 

Finished Yakuza 7 last week (I made it all the way to the main last boss years ago but kept getting one shot so I gave up lol) and I will still die for Ichiban

 

Flying Waters in CO just might be one of the most beautifully designed environments I’ve ever seen in a game, just utterly beautiful

 

and it's not even the most beautiful environment in CO :')

also my hot take based on the later areas: this was definitely going to be way more of a soulslike but got retooled rather recently. some levels still have the miyazaki shortcut structure in place but due to the banal difficulty and lack of any consequence on death are completely pointless. still cool tho!
