shifting gears for a bit, i'm getting back into Ender Lillies after playing a couple hours a couple weeks ago. i love that there's no penalty for dying.

 

What a fucking weird crossover, both for Square Enix and then to choose Saga over more obvious choices is based.

Animated Devil May Cry Series Gets 2nd Season

 

Nice - This is another one I knocked out recently and absolutely loved. Not sure I fully understand all the story beats but was a wild journey and addictive gameplay loop.

 

I played through the Syberia games last year. I hadn't played a point & click adventure game in over 2 decades at that point and I can't stress enough how absolutely stupid I felt playing through the first game. The puzzles weren't even super complex. All these years of losing brain cells to brain rot had me wholly unprepared. The sequels were easier because I got used to it but still.

 

Love Syberia. Never played the 3rd or 4th games though, I should do that.

 

So yeah, Blue Prince is definitely interesting! I'll give it another go tomorrow night, it was really fun streaming with notes open and everything.

Yea - i just started blue prince and its going to addicting. Only 2 runs, and the first one ended boxed in to a dead end fast with lots of steps left but seemingly nowhere to go. The 2nd i did much better and solved a puzzle i was pretty proud of - no spoilers but in the billiards room.

The most frustrating mechanic is having to draft after clicking on a door and not having resources for the only helpfull door. Like how this run will end. Forced to draft a dead end.

Fun so far. As lame as it is, 100% gonna start taking notes / screenshots whatever.

EDIT - also, i have no clue whats a good or a bad run early on? Still didnt fill out much of the grid but progress made.
