I think I mentioned before I finished the story to Tony Hawk Underground a few days ago. It really does end anticlimactic which sucks lol.

I beat it on normal and I don’t plan on doing sick playthrough. I am going to try and knock out all the goals and secret stuff that I can before I switch over to THUG 2.

 

Doom 2016 is an incredible game

I'm on Seattle Day One... from Abby's perspective. I figure from her new skill tree that there's gonna be quite a bit of gameplay left from her pov before we see the result of that damn cliffhanger. the switch was pretty unexpected and kinda genius, how it narratively mirrors the present-flashback-present structure we'd just gone through with Ellie. strictly from a gameplay standpoint tho i kinda hate it. i miss my bow! feels so weird having to learn a new play style in the middle of the game

agreed! which is why I'm wondering why they changed it up so much. lowering the difficulty is allowing me to have a lot more fun and actually feel like a slayer and mow through these things.

Just watched the trailer and it sounds really interesting.

 

TBH i really enjoyed 2016 more than Eternal because there is always this sense of "Doom" if you didn't keep moving. Eternal slowed it down a lot and made it of more a typical FPS, which is fine, and also allows you to breathe a bit. Will always welcome more Doom.

 

playing bravely default 2 again, this game can be tough as shit if you aren’t paying attention and properly strategizing and it’s been probably close to a year since the last time I played but I took out the boss I was on in three tries so I’m picking it up pretty well again. I’m around level 25. It is a littttttle daunting with all the job combinations possible to know what’s an optimal party build. I take advantage of the feature that picks optimal equipment for each character but even then how do I trust it’s actually optimizing properly

 

Haven’t seen it mentioned anywhere else, but according to the Blue Prince Discord, it’s coming to PS Plus and Game Pass

I honestly thought that was TOO cheap but it feels great and most importantly (to me) the bluetooth connection is PERFECT. Any other PC controller I tried had such shoddy ass bullshit bluetooth connectivity.
