God I love those games

 

Those games are so good

 

Just completed Cosmic Mirage. Fun little Shoot 'em Up. Without the accessibility options it is pretty tough. $3 at the moment.

 

picking out all of the other game references in Split Fiction is it’s own mini game

 

Jak and Daxter & Ratchet and Clank were the best video game series on PS2 imo

Wild that they still haven't made another Jak game

 

started Jedi survivor on ps5. two things, if this is how the console version runs I shudder to think how bad the PC port must’ve been. second why does the cutscene quality swing wildly between near movie quality and budget double A game

 

finished REm4ke, was fun! Leon's dialogue is so corny haha it's great

 

Went back and played through the rest of the Khazan demo to see how the difficulty felt and this game fucking rocks

the last boss was beating my ass for a while until I started figuring out when I should be blocking vs. deflecting vs. dodging and the fight slowed down a bit for me after that

love that you earn XP from losing boss fights, and skill points fighting well enough (with maybe a cap on how many points you can earn retrying the same boss?). It makes sense that I and the player character are getting better through trial and error.

 

I'm playing the Witcher 3 for the first time. I don't play a lot of open world games and am kinda overwhelmed. I think I did all the side stuff in the first area, but I'm only level 4 when I got past the tutorial. I feel underleveled. The next main quest for velen says level 5 and I've done a couple side quests. I've been wandering around checking the boards for more side stuff to level up, and they're all way higher than my level. I feel really dumb right now and would appreciate any tips

 

have you done all the "hunts"? like the stuff on the noticeboards?

 

You should be fine to do that next main quest, the more you progress the main story the more the game opens up and the more opportunities become available to do side stuff to really level up.

Really doesn’t hurt to just run around Velen checking every nook and cranny. Lot of bandit camps and surprisingly good gear/swords in the early game.

 

Maybe I’m also doing something wrong but I find leveling in the Witcher 3 to be pretty slow going. Just gotta clear out all those question mark locations

 

Thanks for the help. Yeah I've checked a few message boards and done a lot of side stuff just didn't realize the leveling was gonna be slow and thought I was doing something wrong. I'm gonna do this main then explore some more. Really love this game so far

Anybody try Lorn's Lure? Started it last night and it seems very up my alley. Exploring and platforming through huge, atmospheric levels. I've heard other people call it a game about going places you arent supposed to be.

 

I’ve been replaying FFXVI a bit lately and it’s so good. So much aura. So much sauce.

 

I don't know what reviewers were smoking when they said AI Limit is too easy. I'm sweating.

So like is Blue Prince really a thing that is gonna be big? Haven’t heard anything else about it other than Jason’s reaction post
