I technically have time for video games, the real question is do I have the energy for videogames. (But lately the answer has been yes - it's all waves for me)

I just reached port knot city in death stranding and I’m like 5 hours into the game!

 

I've been taking my sweet damn time and still on episode 2 with approx. 20 hours.

Doom 3 is still so good for a 15 year old FPS

 

Onto chapter 3. I’m gonna do a full play through of the main story then go back and do all the strand orders

Romancing Saga 3 definitely has a distinct flavor to it. I'd imagine the other Saga games are similar I just haven't played em before. It's so bizarre to be playing a JRPG from SNES that I knew nothing about because I always thought I knew about them all. The music is peak SNES JRPG and there are sound effects straight up from Chrono Trigger, well one sound effect and I hear it a lot. So thats cool.

Game is completely open ended and wasn't sure how I feel about it but I just had to keep wandering until I started to find quests then it got fun. Battle system i'm still on the fence but i'm just starting to get the hang of it.

Thought you might not know that since you said you knew nothing about it. Surprised someone who loves FF as much as you do didn't know about it

 

Yeah I'm surprised too! I've definitely seen the series before. I've prob seen it mentioned before too in JRPG discussions but yeah I honestly knew very little. Some of this music is like top notch FF music in this game it's wild.
