The last DE wasn’t great though and I was a huuge fan of the 360 one. But yeah, I’d still rather have more DE.

Adam and Lawrence made a good point on Inside Gaming today re: the GameInformer situation. Andy McNamara and the rest of the people at the office should grab the ones that left and start their own YouTube channel/podcast/video game blog. Something comparable to like an Easy Allies. Set up a Patreon too. Fuck GameStop, take care of themselves, and all that.

That was a good gen, all consoles were pretty unique and great in their own way

 

Looking back now it’s actually insane how many games I had. Zero research too just “oh this looks cool” then drop $40 (of my parents money) on some garbage action game.

 

Such bullshit with the Kombat Pack. I hope enough people complain that they bump these dates up. They announced Spawn and several others 3-5 months ago. To stretch them out over no joke, another 7 months, is robbery. NR studios really dropping the ball these days and it's a shame.

 

I read video game magazines during that gen so I mostly bought stuff I knew about. I did buy a lot of random Game Boy games though lol

 

I found a container in my parent's basement yesterday filled with all of my old PS1/PS2 and GameCube games. I should sort through them and post the weirdest ones in here.

 

CoD alpha is 36gb and my internet is terrible hahahaha fun

 

Ps2 was definitely my fave of that era. But nothing will ever top gameboy to ds for me

GameCube was the console that got me to stop playing my GBC constantly
