Been playing with my Quest for a couple hours since it arrived yesterday... not sure why I can't stream to my iPhone/Chromecast yet with Beat Saber so that's a bit of a bummer, but it's been pretty fun so far. Wife wasn't excited about it at first but really liked it by the end of the night.

This isn't new. I had one of these 20 years ago.

 

i am somewhere in between these. i think its eye catching and the greyscale screen looks sleek but the form factor looks like a nightmare for extended play (which im pretty sure wont be routine and we will prob next getting bite sized games on it) and the crank being unprotected on the side of the device makes it feel like it's going to be a real liability if it gets snagged on pockets or jostled in travel.

I think the crank goes in a little. I’m a fan of teenage engineering design but I know people have been saying their latest stuff hasn’t been worth the price.

 

It honestly is a niche thing and that’s fine.
