Yeah you can ping equipment/locations/enemies you can say “I think I might being aimed at” even. It’s a game changer. I’ve been playing solo all day and I’ve finished top three twice with randoms due to the system

Tangledeeps customization for difficulty is pretty much the best i've ever seen in a game and yeah I just unlocked the item upgrade thing and i've read that it is a great benefit after the first boss. I'm gonna try it tonight and you are spot on with Dead Cells, it's a little more linear than a Metroidvania, you won't get lost too often which is nice but once you get good at combat in Dead Cells it is a total blast.


I'd say go with tangledeep though because of your HK comment.

Also, re: the squads thing in Apex, if you really just wanna fly solo, you can separate from your squad while launching and go do your own thing. But it's pretty fun playing with your squad, even if it's random people.

 

they need a "no fill" option for rambos like that, you're literally ruining it for your teammates if you decide to go it alone.

 

They did have one but they shut it down last year

 

Yeah I think you should definitely play with your squad as intended, I've just seen a lot of people very adamant about only wanting to play solo.

Tangledeep. I’m so hooked to this game lol and I feel like it’s slipping under some people’s (who would enjoy a turn-based roguelike with character progression) radar. Mystery dungeon done right.

But if you can get both Tangledeep and Wargroove I’d say go for it. Both are fantastic. Haven’t played Dead Cells.

 

KH3 has been fantastic so far for me. I’ve been loving it

 

Wargroove > Tangledeep > Dead Cells

 

I've pretty much only played single player games my entire life except for summer of 03 when I played SOCOM 2 every night until 3AM.
