i want to get into Eternal so badly, but it’s hard to detach what I know from Magic: the Gathering (some designers of Eternal play competitive MtG) and I don’t know if I have the energy or time to learn a new meta.

 

I am also a Zach with an H so we can trust each other.

H’s are fairly rare I have come to find. All I see are K’s (gross) and Zac (douchebag)

 

i get that for sure. i came in from two very casual years of Hearthstone and a couple of very very casual years of MtG, so i had a good idea of what mechanics to expect but no attachment to any particular flavor of them.

i love it so much though. it puts Hearthstone and MTG:A’s economies to shame a hundred times over. i love that a new set just came out and i get to dive into it by grinding out free packs in f2p or very cheap limited formats against AI to learn the cards as i earn them. they introduced a ton of cool stuff in this set

 

I'm on PS4, but everything else you said was pure gold and I want it on a plaque.

 

I went to target today and I saw a PlayStation Classic and I legit forgot that came out for a quick second.

I’ll buy it when it reaches clearance area.

 

i've been very very slowly going through it because i never want it to end but i cannot state enough how head over heels i am for astrobot. what an insanely inventive, memorable experience it's been so far.

also smash still rules, spyro is still a good, nostalgic good time and i will probably never stop playing a few rounds of tetris effect daily and with all that i'm still picking away at a kind of poorly fan translated jrpg and having a blast. good time for games.

Why do people seemingly unanimously not like Uncharted 3? It's not quite as good as 2 and 4 but I still fucking love it and have played it a ton of times
