Everybody loves it, but I would not get it on a console

 

Why's that? If the controls are anything like D3 then it won't bother me too much

 

I personally played it on the Xbox One and was really put off by the way it looked and felt playing it on a TV with a controller. It's not nearly as optomized for a console as D3 is. It's also not an Action RPG. It might be just me though, I'm weird about camera perspectives.

 

I played it primarily on a PC but I still sunk a few hours into the console version and it actually controls surprisingly well if that's your only option.

But yes, Divinity OS is very good. One of the best W/CRPGs of the past decade. Fantastic combat, great lore and writing, really fun co-op experience.

 

Hm, I saw some footage and didn't think it'd be that bad, I guess it's all down to preference in the end. I know it's not gonna play like D3 though since it's combat is turnbased, I was talking more along the lines of how smooth the controls and cameras are.

Nice to hear that you've played it on both! Yeah, I haven't really got a gaming computer/laptop that could probably run it so my only option is console right now. Just worried about how the port might have translated so it's nice to hear from someone who's played both.

From what I understand, the updates made it much better and more of a "game". I have only played the new version so I don't know how it was before, but I definitely recommend the current version for 15€. Know what you're getting into though. It's a weird indie game disguised as a AAA game.

 

You guys recommend any games you're playing right now that you love playing with your friends? Me and my friends have nothing to play right now except Destiny 2 and my one other friend plays Overwatch with me.

I legit wonder why this isn't a thing by the way, "contemporary Christian music" is such a big industry you'd figure someone would come up with at least a Christian seal of approval for video games. I think That Dragon Cancer or whatever was sort of labeled as a Christian game.

 

Because there isn't a single team of game developers who want to sleep for 2 years.
