if you wanna get a little weird my favorite game that isn’t Zelda is Astral Chain.

 

Cuphead is a really fun game to play with a child!

Here are the games I ordered so far

For my son:

Mario Kart 8 (comes with the system)
Super Mario Bros U. Deluxe
Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games
Cars 3: Driven to Win (he really wanted this one)

For me:

Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy (Crash was my all time favorite video game series as a kid - I guess my son could be into this one as well)
NBA 2K21

For my wife and I:

Wheel of Fortune
Jeopardy
Family Feud

(I'm so lame)

 

Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games is probably the weakest in that series, but it's fun. I'd definitely get Mario Odyssey. Brilliant game, for you or your son.

 

I'll look into that. I pulled the trigger on the Olympic game one because it was only $14.

 

Worth it for that price, definitely.

 

Like last time. It'll probably improve over time. Almost none of these games were really made for these consoles.

 

Godfall prides itself in being a ps5 exclusive.

 

Hades, Stardew Valley, BOTW, Smash, etc. There’s also two emulators for the NES and SNES that you can access for free via the online service.

 

They can learn how to git gud together

All of them as a matter of fact. Kholat was probably my favorite, but also the hardest on that list.

Welllll, Visage is better than all of them haha. Cthulu is probably the fullest experience, by which I mean it feels like a AA game. Layers of Fear 2 and Town of Light are pretty short and fun experiences. Kholat is super punishing but very rewarding. I think you'd like Sinking City because it's made by the Sherlock Holmes people, which I believe you've mentioned liking.

Haven't played Maid of Sker. I also played through Amnesia Rebirth which was...fine...but Visage is delivering on what I'd hoped it would.
