  9. the fact that the Quest 2 is standalone makes it so much more versatile, that's my pick for sure

if you have a PC, the Quest is the clear choice.

I love my Quest 2 but let's be realistic, the standalone graphics in that thing are literal Wii level. The available experience range from banal to shallow with a few exceptions.

If you don't have a PC and Valve brings Alyx to PSVR2, I recommend going with that.

I forgot to mention in the talks about vr headsets I have a PS5 and I plan on building a pc maybe next holiday season tbh.

I feel like I would be more of a casual gamer with certain games I would want to try like resident evil or that walking dead game oh and beat saber that looks wild.

If you do end up building a PC get the quest for sure.

  17. plus at this point I wouldn't recommend anyone buy the PSVR with the PSVR2 right on the horizon

  23. Dead Cells update: after beating the game on Normal a few more times, I ran out of stuff to use my cells on haha. Moved on to 1BSC, Hard is harrrrd.

I recently dipped my toes into Fe and Recore, and gave Sable another shot. Something about the camera moving on its own gave me motion sickness, so I stopped. Unfortunate, I was looking forward to Sable, and not just because of JB.

Not sure what to play next on Gamepass. I kinda wanna play something like Dishonored 2 or Prey, or maybe I just wanna replay Dishonored 2 or Prey.

I've played Fe a bit on Switch. This was before EA decided they liked Steam again and put all their games on there. They had a ridiculous sale when they launched on Steam and so I rebought Fe on Steam and haven't touched it since. One day I'll go back to it, as I enjoyed what I was playing.

    Anyway, Player's Log: Psycho-Pass.

I've finished all the routes for the first character. Tomorrow I'll go through the routes for the second character, and I think I will skip over his dialogue, mainly because I discovered something kind of cool.

Along with the unlockable art and voice clips, you also unlock scenes as you progress through the game. I thought they were just pictures like the artwork, but I just tested it out, and it's the full scene. So at any point I can go watch the major scenes I'm skipping over and see how everything diverges.

I kind of do want to do that, as I've realized the major changes each route takes is mostly putting your character alone with one of the other Psycho-Pass protagonists for a little bonding time. In one route she goes shopping with Shion, in another she bonds with Shu over food.

They're nice moments, especially since a couple of these characters die in Season 1, so it's nice to spend some more time getting to know them as people.

Anyway, since I feel I'm getting closer to the end of my run, I decided to spin the wheel of the RNG again, and this time it pulled Transference, the game Elijah Wood made with Ubi Soft.

It's described as... (looks at notes)... psychological horror. So that's just lovely.
