That's... certainly a mood.

 

Just unlocked a pretty sweet suit.

 

I figured out that this game is a nice mix of Arkham Asylum and Arkham City.

Asylum in story as in a bunch of villains being in one place and just exchange the puppet master: Joker vs. Kraven.

City as in you can play as two separate characters Batman/Catwoman vs Spider-Man/Miles.

Whether intentional or not it’s pretty similar.

 

Hell yes, finally got my TASM2 suit

 

Just finished collecting all the Sandman crystals. Nice side storyline.

 

Got a couple things done tonight with the spotty connection but v much looking forward to playing on the tv tomorrow night.

 

Hmm... 47% main story progress after only 6h of playing? Can that be right??

 

I am not really a fan of triple A open world games and Spiderman isn't doing a ton to fix the issues I typically have with them but I just love being spiderman so much that it doesn't matter.

 

at first I was like oh the web is cool but I won’t need it because I’m Spider-Man and swinging is fun

now I’m like WEB please it takes me everywhere so damn fast

 

Apparently "new account" just means different emails. I got the new Assassins Creed a week and a half ago and then created a new account with a new email and placed an order for Star Wars the other day and waited until I got shipping confirmation to make sure they didn't cancel. Game will be here Wednesday.

I’m 15 hours in and only have roughly 30% so it must relate to the main story.

 

The side stories (like Yuri/The Flame, etc) are so in depth on their own that I’m going to work on the main story and small collectible side stuff before doing all of those.

 

That's separate from the in game progress. I'm 52% main story with 13h (this is the number in the PS5 UI) but 37% with the in game count

 

Honestly I really don’t care. The game is going to be a Platinum regardless and if the completionist says it takes roughly 30 hours to complete I’m right on pace.

 

I’m about here too, I’ve been doing all the side missions that are unlocked to this point and just hit the Coney Island mission maybe 16 hours in

 

Yesterday I unlocked collecting Spider-Bots. Ugh

I love that the game is so inclusive. I love that a deaf girl is such a huge part of the story and it’s cool how her and Miles communicate. The opening scene in the classroom with the sign language teacher was fantastic. The game has so many other nods to LGBTQ+ as well and I applaud them for including it.

If this triggers anyone I will remove it.

I don't feel triggered by this, but I don't know if we need to give clowns like this any space. Though I hang around in the Waypoint discord a lot and they have a no "dunk tweet" policy so maybe I've just gotten used to that idea.

 

I had to look in incognito mode to see what Nate posted but I completely agree @DeviantRogue, why post hateful shit from awful nobody's on twitter?
