Arise is one of the most gorgeous games ever

 

I’m heading up the berg volcano and the fire effects are just holy shit

 

I snagged zestiria yesterday for five bucks since it was on sale but I still have symphonia and vesperia in my library that haven’t been touched

 

Yeah Arise has such a great fucking vibe to it.

 

Honkai has a mini dungeon crawl/roguelike mode to grind and I think I love this fucking game.

 

i don’t know if I ever did rankings to the games I beat but here we go

Infamous second son - 6/10
Guardians of the Galaxy - 8/10
DOOM 2016 - 9/10

 

Honestly I'd rank zesty towards the bottom of Tales games but for $5 it's a steal. Cool fact: Berseria is a prequel so if you EVER get around to it and like it, there's that.

 

Oh yeah I know haha I have so many okay to decent games in my library that I haven’t played but just snagged on sale

 

I'll tell you a secret hehe. I sold zesty back in the day and recently bought it for $8 just to re-add it to my Tales collection. I kinda want the new new Symphonia but I read reviews saying it wasn't much difference than the PS3 rerelease from a few years ago. Maybe once it goes dirt cheap.....

 

I got the steam port of symphonia for like 20 bucks I think

Is the steam port the same as this gen console? 30fps? I'm not that serious about fps but it's crazy the GameCube version is 60fps and these current gen are 30 lol.

 

I loved my time with Second Son. Granted it was my first ps4 game right around its launch. Thought it was a lot of fun.

I would never tell anyone NOT to play the first game.
It’s one of my favorite games of all time but I could see why people dislike it.
