They also run expensive as fuck and I was surprised at the lack of options that I could find. I guess I only really looked on Amazon lol.


The 8bitdo one that just came out does look solid and doesn't break the bank. I love 8bitdo.

 

I had a buddy who got the SFV Chun Li fight stick from Mad Catz, that thing was nice

yeah, i'd avoid getting a fight stick if you don't really play fighting games that much, they don't make you better at the game- they're just fun to use (esp for ppl who grew up w arcades)

brand-wise, i see people from the FGC always recommend Qanba (pronounced "kwon-buh") they make officially licensed sticks for Playstation (& PC)
they have an entry-level stick called "Drone 2" for PS5 that's like $150

highly recommend it

 

I was wondering why the audio in MK1 seemed so quiet, turns out my receiver had every speaker cranked except the center channel lol.

Also explains why my PS5 felt so much louder than my other devices, SMH

Started the Alan Wake Remaster, never touched the original when it came out, only finished the first episode but I'm really into it

 

It's in my top ten fav games on 360.

I tried the remaster too. It was spookier than I remembered.

 

It's so good. The music cues at the end of each episode fit so well.

 

I think I might just do doom eternal after doom since I’m really just waiting for Spider-Man 2 and with how my schedule is these 13 days should be a perfect amount of time to do it.

Finished the second day of Chapter 3, so I'm halfway through the chapter, I guess.

Another friendly face! Hi Kilika! Something tells me she's not really in entertainment, if Trails In The Sky the 3rd is anything to go by.

I'm also a little concerned about the implications re: Kitty: Is Renne a hacker now? I feel like Ouroboros is going to be screaming back into the plotline sooner than I think.

Also, just a comment about the walkthrough I'm using, which is extensive and helpful, but it's written by someone who played the Cold Steel games prior to these and hasn't played the Sky games, so there's a weird disconnect where he points out people I should know from games I haven't played yet but not people I know from the games that I have.

It's disconcerting.

Also pleased that Anton is continuing his travels with Ricky in search for his destiny. Keep on keeping on, good buddy.

 

I think I decided my next game I’m going to do is destroy all humans! I’ve always heard a lot about the game so I figure I try it out plus it’s time to beat is only like 10 hours so a little quick game.
