Nice things in this case being a re-release of a game that's only six years old.

 

started up Starfield right before i have to leave for work, at least to go through the character creator.

i immediately gave up on trying to make the character look like me, lol

 

I have a hoarding problem in Starfield.

 

You will get selective real quickly, trust me.

 

BOTW at 4k60 is transformative.

 

manually enabling resizable Bar in Starfield gives great performance boosts. If anyone needs any elaboration on this, especially Nvidia card owners, let me know :)

(also, once again, capping the game at 60 has done *wonders* for my performance and frame time stability.

 

Put about a dozen hours in Baldur's Gate 3 this past week as well as started a new game in Stardew Valley and Dead Cells, along with Starfield, gaming is back on the menu!!!

Wife and kids are out of town for the next 4 days so its JFG time, baby!

Its also the most time Ive been away from them since the kids were born, but Im gaming through my tears so its alright.

 

can you tell us what new game plus actually is? spoiler it obv. i still cant find an explanation.

 

its like every other game where you get to keep the level you finished the main playthrough on then it gives you the chance to either replay the main quest or skip the main quest and play as you like.

I'm with you. I was led to believe this was something never done in a game before but nothing I've heard sounds that mind-blowing, unless I'm missing something.

 

I don’t know if any other game has done it before this way and people acting like it’s life changing are being ridiculous. It’s just a really cool way to do NG+.

Okay, spoilers of course, but this article explained to me what the big deal is and it actually sounds really fucking cool as a concept. Don't read this though unless you don't mind spoilers.

Sounds totally credible.

 

Well the other rumor I saw was that Joe Rogan’s podcast is going to be a featured radio station. So there’s actually an even worse reason for me not to want to support a game besides a possible ridiculous price
