Failed my first attempt at the Kraken fight. Going to try a few more times at least but might consider this if it's as solid as this throughout.

 

Scratch that, got it fairly quickly second time round. Was just playing like an idiot.

 

Yeah I had the same experience with the Kraken. Haha. But yeah there was an early boss I didn’t feel like I was even denting and just kept getting wrecked by it like 10 times. I was almost about to quit until I saw someone on Reddit say you could turn down the battle difficulty. So glad I didn’t just give up because it’s a fantastic game.

 

Give us Spyro 4 then

I ordered a new one and tried to get purple but STILL couldn't! apparently other people were saying on the Amazon reviews that they were having the same problem. So I'm gonna return this one (keep the one I already have) and try the Spectra Enhanced for Switch. that looks like it does have purple, but it doesn't let you customize each section, which is actually a bonus for me because I only ever made my Infinity all one color anyway. I just don't know if I'll have to remap the buttons or anything.

(I have a set of pink keyboard, mouse, and headphones, they all light up but while the headphones are only white led the kbm are rainbow and can't be customized. I'm thinking of replacing them... eventually? they're still pretty new so there's nothing wrong with them, I just prefer monocolor lighting.)

 

Evil Within is kind of annoying. Like, I'm playing on "casual" but I'm still dying a ton. It's not challenging, it's just dumb. Apparently in this particular chapter I'm not supposed to fight the thing that's chasing me and die half a dozen times, I'm supposed to just run away. There's no indication that the stupid thing isn't taking any damage so you shouldn't try to melee it to death when you've run out of bullets

 

This commerical feels like the 90s in all the best ways.

Bloodlines 2 taken over by The Chinese Room, who have drastically changed quite a bit about the game, with plans to get it out Fall 2024.

I tried not to get spoiled on much but went to look into the new game plus in Starfield and while I didn’t gleam much in the way of true spoilers it seems like you’ll want to take on the main quest and then do the new game plus mode rather quickly which is way different than most Bethesda games. from what I’ve seen it seems like an interesting tie in to how the game ends it’s main story though I don’t know specifics but yeah very weird for a Bethesda game tagged for minor spoilers in case people don’t want to know anything at all

 

Greg Millers tweet (and gene park a few days ago) got me curious for anyone wondering

 

Ok I thought this was just going to be another "classic retro plug and play" console, but making it compatible with old Atari cartridges is so freaking cool.

 

This/Gene Park's tweet got me more interested in this game than basically any other info released prior

 

I know some people said Spider-Man 2018 is a little dated compared to Miles Morales, but I’m really enjoying it. My main gripe was how long it took to get some of the stealth mechanics and fast travel but overall it’s made me excited for Spider-Man 2 next month.
