Evil Within retained my saves. Looks like if the game doesn't list "Xbox cloud saves" it doesn't save your saves. Which is dumb because afaik once you uninstall a game it deletes the saves from your computer. And like, Prey is under Bethesda which is under Microsoft, so you'd assume there'd be cloud save capabilities! I'm fine with restarting Prey and Outer Worlds because I like them so much. It'd be much more frustrating with something like Slay the Spire where you'd have to unlock all the cards all over again.

just rolled credits in Blasphemous 2. the second to last boss is quite easily the hardest part of the game, especially his second phase. it took me close to 30 attempts lol but damn it felt good to see him go down. going to jump into Starfield tomorrow.
