just wanted to let you know that apparently the developer has changed his views and based on his recent twitter activity is fairly okay.
you know, people can change.

obv I have no way of checking since I don't have Twitter just from what I've heard. but maybe it's copium because people really want to play that game.

 

I did the same thing on a Facebook post and was too tired to respond to the morons that replied. My mistake tho

 

There doesn't seem to be an indication by looking through this threat that they've changed, but are at least not a trans bigot. Sea of Stars will release Day One on both PS+ Extra and Game Pass

It gets discussed throughout there and no one really mentions the person having changed their views towards Peterson. but who knows.

which is why we need to get rid of platforms. a console should be like a DVD player.

 

It looks like they've been retweeting pro-trans stuff, which is not as good as a public announcement expressly confirming their stance, but it's at least a positive sign.

I dunno, I'll wait and see what happens with this. Considering what they slipped into The Messenger, a text-heavy game gives me bad vibes, and the fact that they've never acknowledged any problem is also concerning.

It's incredible to think that games might be lost at companies like you'd lose something in a sock drawer. I remember when I was younger and I just assumed companies kept their stuff organized and secure for archiving and safekeeping, and man, was I wrong.

 

bouncing off of what Pen said, it's also pretty scary to think that games (and shows and movies) can just disappear from their online platforms because the developer didn't want to support it anymore. like, when a streaming only show without a physical release can just disappear from the streaming service, that kinda thing makes you wanna fetch a parrot and set sail. then corporations have the audacity to release physical versions of games that are just a digital download code, or like the fucking wandavision steelbook that's just a bunch of pictures.

The Cybertron games are so good

 

I legitimately hate that I can’t figure out how to fix my series x and Fortnite. I have way too much fun playing with family on PS5 but it be even more fun if I could do it on both accounts.

(my brother likes to play on his pc and my sister on my ps5)

Been playing Ghost of Tsushima for a couple of weeks now and I’m finding it very repetitive at this stage. Decent game but feel like it’s massively overhyped

 

That’s how I ended up feeling as well. I had a great time with it at first and then got extreme burnout from doing the same tasks over and over. Still a great game but yeah

 

i was all hyped to play it then played it for a couple hours and never touched it again

i know its a good game and ill maybe go back

 

I keep saying this and people always dogpile me for it

 

It’s one of my favorite games, but I can totally get the complaint of it being too repetitive. I guess the story kept me hooked, so I didn’t mind

 

I'm ashamed to admit it but I finally spent money on Fortnite.

 

I find Ghost of Tsushima as enjoyable but also repetitive as the last few Assassin's Creed games. GoT has a wayyyyyy better story than any of the AC games tho. For all those games I will play and then come back later to them. I basically do that with most games these days and it really really works for me.

 

I liked ghost of Tsushima a lot. The open world was beautiful and more varied than most. Really comfortable game to just wander around in, wiping out camps and following animals.

That being said I couldn't care less if someone didn't like it. I don't think the game inspires that much passion.
