I just want a game where I can love myself because I like being immersed in impossible realities.

 

The few adults games I have I usually research to make sure they aren’t nauseating. So far I really haven’t run into anything (that I know of) that’s all that worrisome.

 

The thing is that it's SO easy not to be a fucking creep or worse and make a normal adult game that's charming and interesting, but they always cater to the worst types of human beings and it blows.

I have played a handful of decent ones, but I'll have to rummage through my brain to remember which ones they are.

I will say this: at least most games actually disclose that type of content because it makes it so much easier to avoid. It's just a fucking bummer when it's like "look at this awesome art and cool gameplay" and then you see the content warnings and you're like "ugh, of course."

 

Do let me know if you think of any worth checking out. I’m lucky, but always willing to take a look!

 

FINALLY got through theseus and the Minotaur since starting over on Hades. used the gun. only had to use one death defiances and I don’t even have the actual second one unlocked yet I just use the lucky tooth trinket. phew one of the biggest walls in video game progress has been defeated. not expecting to get hades my first go but I always have a much easier time with him than Theseus it took me three tries to get him last time

Stacking dodge is pretty fun, that's probably the fists I used/won with the most

 

look guys I know my waifu was Ethel from xc3 for a while and then Ivy from FE engage won over my heart but Jade from DQXI is my number one woman

 

I love that her name is Ethel, of all names

anyway I don’t think any game has given me such a carefree elated feeling the way DQXI does every time I pick it up. I just get so much happiness out of it. The music, the graphics, the color palette, the world design, the combat mechanics, the characters, there’s nothing about this game that isn’t *chef’s kiss*

 

Possible TLOU2 Directors cut??

 

Fuck. Fuck fuck fuck. Would actually buy a ps5 for that. God damnit.
