I don't know if I agree with this. I mean, yes, there are other characters that would make good games, but I don't agree that Gollum isn't one of them. I mean, the fact that he has a good and bad side writes a morality mechanic right into the plot, and he has mostly a blank slate as far as his history goes, and the bits we do know do have potential as building blocks. And the fact that he's weak lends his character well to a stealth-type game.

I'm intrigued by this game. PC Gamer actually seems surprised at how badly it's being torn apart, as they thought it was at least mid, meaning having had potential if it had been put in the oven a bit longer.

 

Astros Playroom is so sick, never thought I had much nostalgia for Sony stuff (outside of the PS2) but they fucking got me with that one.

Also a sick surround sound game.

 

I have no interest in anything Lotr so maybe I’m biased lol

 

Whatever happened to gauntlet? Was the last version just really bad? I used to love gauntlet legends/dark legacy

 

The last game was by Warner Bros. in 2014. I don't know why there hasn't been another one since. Maybe just not seeing a need to try to keep reviving a franchise that dates back to the 80s?

I hope I can level some dump stat like luck again like I did in Fallout 4 and have a hoot all the way through. Rooting for Starfield, and I'm hearing it's shaping up well after the delay.

Just started Spider-Man: Remastered and I think the DLC missions are unlocked from the start. When's the best time for me to start them? Presume levelling up a bit first is for the best?

I don’t know why but I had the desire to play grand theft auto V golf mode so I decided to re-downloaded the game.

I had time to kill in game so I just drove around listening to the radio stations and it’s truly unreal how good they made all the stations.

 

Kind of a shame we'll never get soundtrack releases for 4 and 5

Vice City and San Andreas box sets are so fucking rad.
