You can snag hilariously long USB C cords off of Amazon p cheap. I have one. And it’s absurd but I can stand in a different state and play that shit

 

I bought a Dual Sense charging station and it works well. But yeah, the cable it comes with is ridiculous.

$30 right now at Target

 

Just wanted to make sure off brand shit works you know how tech companies be

 

Yeah my couch is pretty far back from my tv so I would prefer not to have to stand while I’m charging lol

 

That said the dual sense is the best feeling controller I’ve ever held in my hands besides the steam deck

 

The truth

 

Get a USB-C charging block if you don’t already have one. I use my iPhone block and a cord that’s long enough to reach the couch from the wall next to it.

I feel like most newer phones come with chargers with USB-C ports.

You could also just use a Switch charger lol

But buying piles of games I’ll never play is how I flex

 

A lot of people are pissed (even though you can still download and use Dolphin), but like most of these people say "Nintendo sucks, emulation is legal, I just want to play old GameCube games" and then post pictures of them playing Tears Of The Kingdom and saying "it's always morally correct to pirate Nintendo games" as if they're justified.

Listen, Nintendo can be a bunch of bastards. I think their anti-consumer and anti-preservation actions are abhorrent, but you can't just start a movement to steal ALL of their content and expect them not to be pissed off. The community actively egged them on. Should Nintendo just give up and let people emulate their older games or just sell them all again on modern consoles? Of course. Absolutely. But just bragging about downloading Mario Odyssey and Fire Emblem Engage and playing it on Steam Deck is a stupid decision that's going to make Nintendo even more insufferable.

 

Yeah I didn't think it would be possible to top the pro controller, but dualsense is super comfy

It's gotten a lot better over the past six months or whatever. I've downloaded quite a few from there now.

 

Yep. I got my PS5 in January and the only game I bought was Elden Ring with it. Every other game has been on Plus. Then again, I missed two gens of games…

 

Like I cannot believe what’s on offer with just extra. Forbidden west, returnal, ghost of tsushima, guardians of the galaxy, ratchet and clank, trials of mana, the ezio trilogy (and all the Ubisoft classics) and so much more man i take back what I said yesterday I’m subbing dc that I already wasted money on demons souls and bloodborne I’ll gladly take the L

 

Ghost of Tsushima is one of my favorite games. Check it out if you haven’t

I for one, am perfectly fine pointing the finger at Nintendo for their anti-consumer policies (though they are hardly a unique side-eye), there's always gonna be a scapegoat to point to and justify some bullshit.

We also know that all that rampant piracy of TOTK hardly affected the bottom line.

 

Cool. Regardless of whether or not it affects the bottom line I just don't get why people parade around saying how great it is they just downloaded all those games for free.

Like, if you want to steal stuff because you don't want to pay for stuff, just say so.
