Well it's really funny because I totally remember on PS2 and GameCube having multiple memory cards and popping those in and out and deleting save data and transferring to make room for new games.

Haven’t played my Switch in over a month. It just sits there. Last game I played (and enjoyed) was Katana Zero. Loved it but yeah...definitely regret getting one. Never use it and the games just aren’t my thing at all. If I get free time I play PS4. Handhelds just don’t vibe with me.

 

You can’t use an external HDD for PS5 games unless it’s a compatible SSD. You can store PS5 games on an external HDD, but can’t play them. PS4 games though, you can store and play as many as you want from the external HDD.

Yeah was gonna say considering their main selling point is no loading times I definitely don’t think they’d want people using their own for anything other than storage because it’d make their console look bad

For the record BioShock is probably my favourite game of all time, and I love 2. I never played Infinite because I’m not big on the setting change like...at all. Rapture was the essence of BioShock to me. I’m sure I’ll play it eventually

 

been playing a lot of astroneer in quarantine. its such a nice peaceful, aesthetically pleasing game.

 

This is not true, I only ever said that Infinite specifically wasn’t all it was cracked up to be although still pretty enjoyable

 

Lmao I never referenced you directly. Hence I didn’t tag you! There’s a very vocal group here against BioShock in general. More so the first two games but yes. I would know seeing as two of my favourite games (BioShock and RDR2) in the old thread were the butt of most jokes

 

I never noticed that about BioShock 1 but I also wouldn’t have cared so maybe that’s why

Environmental, Bioshock 1 is insanely good with it's atmosphere and storytelling. The gameplay is alright, but you can legitimately just run by everything and it gets stale otherwise.

 

Same for Infinite. The presentation is crazy but at its gameplay core it is an average corridor shooter. The presentation is so good though that it is still a fun ride.

I beat it co-op with a friend because it was the only way I could do it and the only way it was going to be fun
