Oh damn I forgot that game

 

I feel bad for Daedelic as they’re great at making entertaining point and click games but they were, ironically, Icarus with this project.

 

Depending on price, I'd be interested in the playstation earbuds. I still have the last pair of headphones from the PS4 era (the over ear head phones) with the 3D audio and the specific 'audio track' option, and they're great. The whole idea of downloading an app for the game that was specifically tweaked for it, died out quickly, but they're still an extremely nice long lasting pair of headphones. If the buds seem like a true upgrade, I trust that they'd be good quality.

They had Fallout 3 for free awhile ago too. If you have both you can look into installing the Tales of Two Wastelands mod. It merges FO3/NV together with a ton of game improvements

 

A guy I watch on YouTube has been running through that mod on his latest series and it's incredible.

Edit: Actually posting his link here. Dude does a ton of FO stuff. His New Vegas permadeath run might be my favorite series on YouTube.

 

It’s by FAR the best way to play those games imo. Being able to start in FO3 and have everything carry over into NV is so good. They made the travel between the two seamless. With so many great bug fixes and improvements.

Highly recommend it to anyone who hasn’t played it

 

I really need to replay New Vegas again, I haven't played it since it came out and it's a game that's begging to be played more than once.

 

I'm pretty stoked on AC Mirage, I'm loving Valhalla and probably won't even be done with it by October. Hopefully it's actually good because when the classic style AC games are good, they're some of my favorite games (AC2, Syndicate), but some are also sooo bland (Unity)

I did not like New Vegas.

Maybe I played it way too late? I played it for the first time last year.

 

much rather re play outer worlds than new vegas

 

I liked 3 a lot, I think I'd replay that one.

 

I think I said before I think FO3 has the better main quests and NV has the better side quests. I also think FO4 is the best of the three, so idk, probably in the minority there

Outer Worlds is indeed also very good

 

I definitely prefer 3, but I've played it at least 3 times and feel like I've seen everything there is to see in it. I should also give 4 another go

 

You do not need to give 4 another shot unless you want to be constantly told your settlement is under attack

 

At least fromsoft didn’t treat Miyazaki like a prisoner in his own company

 

how much does the original creator usually involve themself into a remake of a title they already made anyway?

 

Hahaha god that really was so annoying. There was lots I did like about 4, but something about it definitely felt off.

I was walking around in fallout 76 and next thing you know I guess a player launched a nuke and that was pretty crazy
